SERVICE USERS

Current service users consist of several groups:

Individuals who are living in the community, having had contact with the psychiatric services and still receiving support from those services on an outpatient basis.
Individuals living in the community, having had contact with the psychiatric services but receiving no further support.
Individuals who are living in the community suffering from some degree of mental health problem, but with no previous contact with the psychiatric services.

Pillar provides a service used by people who are somewhere on a continuum from mental ill health to mental health, with many people using the service to help them to cope with their difficulties and remain in the community.
