The Pillar Kincardine Board of Directors meet every eight weeks and they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Pillars operation. The Board consists of between six and fifteen members of whom not less than one third and not more than two thirds must be service using members.
The Chair of the Board has overall line management responsibility for the staff team. The project manager is line manager to the project workers, the administrative worker and any relief workers.
Pillar is committed to involving service users in as many ways and at as many different levels of management as possible. In addition to involvement at Board level, all members are encouraged to participate in the Member Forums held six weekly.
