At its meeting on 6 November 2007 the Board of Pillar Kincardine agreed to adopt a Policy Framework to underpin best practice in the field of
- Employment
- Health & Safety
- Accounting Practice
- Equality & Diversity
- Protection of Vulnerable People
- Privacy & Data Protection
- etc.
The Framework will enable us more effectively to meet our obligations as a caring and supportive employer, and as an open organisation accountable to our members and funders. It and the policies it sets out will be reviewed and monitored at regular intervals.
